Ashfield currently has a fantastic opportunity to work as a Pharmacy Key Trainer as part of an extension to our recent Team Build.
Ashfield is proud to be partnering with Alchem Life – a global leader in the field of Phytoceuticals to recruit a team of Pharmacy Trainers across the UK. The training team will be responsible for supporting the growth of the brands through training and merchandising and ensuring that pharmacy staff are fully equipped to educate patients and maximise sales of Flexiqule & Phytorelief.
Key Responsibilities
• The successful candidates will visit and train pharmacy staff to enable them to make appropriate recommendations focusing on key features and benefits of Alchemlife Products
• Establish strong relationships at Key Account head office level to deliver excellent Product training through effective internal and external collaboration.
• Understand, engage and excite staff on new product launches.
• Build strong relationships with pharmacy staff to engage them as advocates.
• Ensure merchandising guidelines are followed in-store to maintain brand image and coach staff to encourage future improvement.
Essential Skills
• Previous training experience
• Previous sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Previous experience of working with independent pharmacies
• Full, clean Drivers Licence
