Ashfield currently has a fantastic opportunity to work as a Pharmacy Key Account Manager as part of an extension to our recent Team Build.

Ashfield is proud to be partnering with AlchemLife – a global leader in the field of Phytoceuticals to recruit a team of Pharmacy Sales Representatives across the UK. The AlchemLife Pharmacy team will be responsible for promoting AlchemLife brands (Flexiqule & Phytorelief) to retail pharmacies. The successful candidates will establish strong relationships with pharmacies and deliver training and support to ensure that the store and its staff are fully equipped to educate patients and maximise sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering revenue and profit growth across in line with budget expectations within the consumer product portfolio.
• Secure the listing of AlchemLife products at head office level, most likely via range review proposals and recommendations for growth.
• Ownership of the commercial negotiations and management of trade spend within the individual accounts.
• Deliver excellent Product education to their respective Key Account Pharmacy teams, through effective internal and external collaboration.
• Activate trade marketing/promotional opportunities to maximise sales growth. 
• Maintain pricing records and implement price increases as required
• Ensure regular review of promotions and monitor the ROI 
• Analyse account performance and forecast demand according to trends, seasonality and promotions.

Essential Skills 

• Strong Key Account management, ideally with experience within a similar product category or sector.
• Proven history of developing and implementing successful business plans with key customers at head office level.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, influencing ability with commercial acumen.
• Financially competent and highly analytical
• Highly self-motivated with a can do attitude.
• Will involve regular travel to customers individual outlets as well as their respective head offices
