Ashfield is excited to be recruiting on behalf of Pfizer for a Healthcare Development Manager to work in their Oncology division. This role primarily involves both promotional and non-promotional responsibilities dependent on business priorities and available resources

  • Successful Account Management experience in any industry would be an advantage – really
  • Sales, Marketing or Customer Management experience in Pharmaceuticals or associated Health Care industry

  • Detailed knowledge of ABPI Code of Practice  as evidenced by ABPI Representative ExamTrainee HDMs- requirement to take the representative exam within 1st year in industry and passing within 2 years.
  • To be accountable for the Months of Therapy Performance for agreed product portfolio ( I don’t understand this )
  • To create an environment that ensures maximum access, uptake and enhanced patient experience of Pfizer oncology products in the UK
  • To develop & manage Pfizer oncology relationships with key international, national and regionally recognised experts
  • To work with local NHS Networks and their local health economies to develop and implement business plans to secure funding and service provision for the usage of Pfizer Oncology medicines 
  • To work as part of an RLT to ensure robust business plans are written in Pforce Rx, and ( what is Pforce ? executed in the field and to direct the deployment of Pfizer resources
  • To position Pfizer as partner of choice in cancer service improvement and patient experience initiatives, seeking out, securing and delivering collaborative programmes together.
  • To provide Patient Experience Managers with the insight & support to develop initiatives to improve the patient experience
  • To  deliver brand ABNs in line with ABPI code of conduct & company guidance
