  • Primarily to increase sales demand, company revenues and market share of Chiesi’s portfolio of products involving the achievement of agreed targets and activity parameters through effective management of Dispensing Doctor accounts.
  • To drive medication reviews at Practice levels and across the NHS utilising the appropriate influencers (e.g. GPs – particularly Dispensing Lead GP’s & CCG Leads, Practice Based Pharmacists, Nurses and Dispensary Managers).
  • To display high levels of knowledge regarding Chiesi’s portfolio of products and the structures and the priorities of NHS customers.
  • Ensure all administration from business plans and monthly reports to monthly expenses is completed to the required standard and within agreed deadlines.
  • To drive awareness of Chiesi’s commercial portfolio by adhering to agreed activity targets.
  • Effective negotiation skills across a wide range of influencers within the Healthcare Industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Chiesi’s product portfolio in all therapy areas.
  • Previous experience of effectively working Dispensing Doctor accounts with knowledge of dispensing profit is desirable.
  • Advanced selling and presentation skills.
  • Ability to apply an account management technique to sales approach in order to achieve the best results for both the customer and Chiesi.
  • Business planning skills, including ability to produce business proposals/cases.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to develop long term relationships at all levels across the Healthcare Industry.
