Ashfield are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Pfizer Oncology for a Hospital Specialist.

Key Responsibilities 
  • To successfully and effectively sell to key clinicians and stakeholders within the patient pathway to ensure our commercial success within the district 
  • To work with the district leadership team (DLT) to identify key customers who may be used throughout the region as speakers at promotional meetings 
  • Develop and manage relationships with key customers within priority accounts as agreed with the DLT 
  • To effectively and efficiently manage  time to ensure  key territory and brand objectives 
  • Account planning and prioritisation  
  • To confidently challenge the DLT when new information has been identified based upon key customer insights which will allow plans to be updated or amended 
  • Be able to demonstrate an excellent level of product knowledge and knowledge of your current therapeutic area  
 
Essential Skills: 
  • Be able to demonstrate an excellent level of product knowledge and knowledge of the current therapeutic area 
  • Outstanding selling skills as either a PSR or HSR would need to be demonstrated
  • Ability to build a rapport with customers essential. 
  • Previous experience in a secondary care environment is not essential – what is more important is a willingness to learn and be exposed to new ideas, environments and change.
